Fashion designing school for the Esan youth
We shall provide different tools and sowing machines of various types both manual and electric inclusive. We intend to setup a state-of-the-art fashion and design school in Esan land to train our female youths in particular.
Our Agric initiatives
We plan to support farmers with fertilizers, tools and stipends as they grow their produce to reduce hunger in Esan land. We intend to provide vehicles to help move their produce to local markets so as to increase earnings and reduce poverty.
Getting 100 youths prepared through skill acquisition in information and communication technology (ICT)
We shall buy more computers, laptops, software products and digital tools to increase the capacity of what we currently have in our computer lab. We shall engage IT experts in various fields to train our youths to be creative and innovative in ICT to create products that will be acceptable globally thereby changing our world. This will automatically place Esan land on the global map.
Rural Youth Skill Acquisition Programme (RYSA) For 500 Young Nigerians of Esan Origin
The program is designed to take the skill acquisition programmes to the rural youth population with the objectives to create income-earning opportunities, stem youth restiveness, discourage rural-urban drift and grow the local economy. Beneficiaries of the program will receive the minimum monthly stipend of N50,000 in the course of their 6(six) months training with RYSA.
The huge army of Esan youths, unemployed and without practical skills for productive activities have become increasingly worrisome, and yet youths, being able -bodied men and women remain the key catalyst for community development. Our goal is to empower the Esan youth to be productive and responsible citizen of the society.
