The Esan Development Organization (EDO) as an NGO is managed by Trustees responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Centre and comprise of:

» Chairman: Initially, Dr Pascal Ebhohimen but subsequently, Chairman will be appointed by the council of traditional rulers amongst Esan sons and daughters who have distinguished themselves professionally.

Other Members of the Board:

»  A representative of Donor Agencies

»  A traditional ruler in Esan land

»  A representative of Government at state level

»  A representative of Professional Associations in Esan land

»  An investment practitioner from the private sector.

»  A representative Youth from the Cooperative Society.

Management

» MD/ CEO : In charge of the day to day management of the Centre . Reports to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees

» Heads of Department: In charge of the operations daily and ensures the centre generates revenues for maintaining the Centre and for organizing activities for empowering the youths.
