The Esan Development Organization (EDO) is one of such NGOs, aimed at providing basic entrepreneurial skill acquisition infrastructures and funding support for the empowerment of Esan youths.

The NGO wants to be able to:

»  Help young people in Esan land build confidence, take initiative, and make informed decisions while fostering their sense of purpose and social responsibility.

»  It wants the youths in Esan land to be able to think critically, communicate , lead , solve problems , be team players and emotionally stable working as a member of a cooperative society.

»  In empowering the youths , it will focus on building their Competence, Confidence, Character, Connection, and Caring attitude .

»  It will be able to lead the youths to the development of the attitude of self-reliance , create job opportunities, reduce social miscreants in the various communities, and so equip the youths with the right set of values that will guide them in their lives .
